UNIQUE WINDOW SURFACE TECHNOLOGY

Colored ACRYLCOLOR uPVC window profiles are produced by a unique co-extrusion technique. During co-extrusion, the white PVC substructure and the coloured acrylic glass are permanently fused with one another and this way very smooth, non-porous windows and doors surface is obtained. Fusing both of these materials makes window colours resistant to time - they do not fade, layer, peel or crack.

Acrylic glass is a high-quality product that has proven its qualities in industrial sectors such as the automotive industry (tail lights) and interior design. The vinyl profile acts as a carrier material, while the thin layer of acrylic glass is responsible for the profiles' colouring. ACRYLCOLOUR technology is used for nearly 40 years. It has set new standards by this process, because of how different it is from other common window colouring processes.
